According to reports from the Telegraph, Cesc Fabregas could be officially unveiled as a Barcelona player as early as tomorrow. Mirror Football report Man City still believe they can snatch Samir Nasri after being rebuffed in their approach for Ajax’s wonderkid Christian Eriksen.

Kayal and Brown want Hoops stay.

Celtic boss Neil Lennon says that both Beram Kayal and Scott Brown have indicated they want to remain at Celtic Park next season.

Israeli midfielder Kayal has been linked with a move to the Premiership after performing consistently well for the Hoops last term and captain Brown, nearing the end of his contract, is reportedly on Newcastle United’s radar.

The Daily Record reports that Michael Duberry´s new manager at Oxford United claims Celtic tried to sign him from St Johnstone in the January transfer window.

Adam denies Bale malice.

The Blackpool captain Charlie Adam has come out and insisted that there was no malice intended after injuring Gareth Bale on Saturday. The Spurs player was stretchered off after the incident and left the ground in a protective boot.

Speaking to Sky Sports Adam said: “I just saw the ball and tried to get it. It was never intentional. I never tried to hurt him because he’s a wonderful player and at the end of the day I’d rather see these players on the pitch.”

Lennon targeted with parcel bomb.

According to the Press and Journal, Strathclyde police have launched an investigation after parcel bombs were sent to Celtic manager Neil Lennon, a lawyer and a politician.

A package addressed to Lennon was intercepted at a Royal Mail sorting office in Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire on March 26. Parcels for Trish Godman, who is stepping down as West Renfrewshire MSP, and one for Paul McBride, a lawyer who has represented Celtic and Lennon recently, were also intercepted.

Blues sign Piazon.

Sao Paulo has confirmed they have agreed a deal with Chelsea for starlet Lucas Piazon, Sky Sports report.

The 17-year-old will move to west London in January 2012, as this is the first transfer window after he turns 18, in a deal thought to be around £5.3m.
